SB 6448 Passed to Rules Committee

For those of you following the slow-motion train wreck of our ability to peacefully work our claims free of theft-under-color-of-law, first substitute SB 6448 has been passed to the Rules Committee for a second reading by executive action taken in the Senate Committee on Ways & Means at 1:30 p.m. yesterday.
