WDFW Announces New Proposed Prospecting Rules

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) has announced new proposed rules for mineral prospecting in Washington State. The Department will accept comments on the proposed rules until September 26.

We need comments posted to the SEPA desk, especially on timings. This has a dropdead date of September 26.

Additionally Friday, October 3 in Olympia at the natural resources building, the commission will be taking public comment on proposed regulations we need as many people as possible the there.
